Matador Fitness is a comprehensive health and wellness platform founded in 2022 by fitness expert, health coach and writer T.E. Halls. In addition to his coaching work in the fitness industry Halls is the author of “Diet & Exercise for Beginners," an in-depth guide to getting in shape and improving overall health. Prior to his writing and business endeavors Halls was a trained as a personal chef and is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and online coach through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).

Halls began his career in nutrition as a chef, gaining recognition for his personal passion and expertise for health and wellness. He went on to found Matador Fitness, which offers a range of services including personal training, nutrition coaching, and online fitness programs. Through Matador Fitness, Halls has helped many achieve their health and fitness goals.

In addition to his work as a fitness consultant, Halls has incorporated his culinary skills into his fitness philosophy. He believes that healthy eating is an essential component of overall wellness, and advocates for incorporating whole, natural foods into one's diet. As a coach Halls continues to share his passion for health and fitness with others through his work.
